The WOD belt is designed to offer maximum support without being too heavy or clunky. The lightweight construction creates an ideal belt that can be worn during WODs and makes transitioning from deadlifts to pull ups seamless and easy.
The support on the belt is activated once the Velcro is pulled tight and fastened. This allows the athlete to simply loosen the belt between movements without the need to physically remove the belt.
However, do not let its lightweight construction fool you. Once the belt is fastened it offers superb lower back support and the 10cm wide construction creates solid abdominal pressure.
